Description

The University of Exeter is looking to appoint a supplier to provide evaluation, in line with ESIF and ERDF requirements, of the Smartline Extension Project. The successful bidder will be required to provide the following documents:
• An updated Logic Model (the current model will be provided to the successful contractor) with measures and indicators for anticipated outcomes and impacts).
• An evaluation plan - describing proposed approach to measuring additionality and the data collection methodologies.
• Research instruments (e.g. questionnaires, topic guides)
• Draft and Final "Summative Assessment" report addressing each of the research questions and meeting the Summative Assessment Guidance issued by the Managing Authority.
• Competition of the Summary Assessment Report Summary template provided by the Managing Authority
• Presentation to the Project Management Group.
