Description

The Employer requires the Contractor to tender for the demolition, removal of surplus material and grubbing out of foundations of twelve number two storey apartment together with the removal of all associated external works, driveways, drainage and termination of service connections and the reinstatement on site with top soil, turf, perimeter fencing and gate (the WORKS) at Stonedale Crescent, Liverpool, L11 9BR.
