Description

Cefas requires the development of a series of workshops to involve both public and private sector (plastic producers, importers, brokers, retailers, recyclers) in the discussion about new legislation and path to implementation for labelling plastic in Sri Lanka, highlighting the advantages related to plastic recycling. The workshop should preferentially be face to face where possible, but due to COVID limitations, a backup plan to deliver the workshop from remote through online platforms shall be presented. The actual delivery method will be agreed among CEA, Cefas and the supplier based on the possible restrictions imposed in Sri Lanka as a result of COVID pandemic.
