The Authority seeks a Contractor(s) to provide a comprehensive service/goods Soft FM Service. The key objectives are as detailed in the specification. The Contract will be broken down into seven Lots and each Lot will be evaluated on an individual basis. Bidder may apply for one, a combination of Lots, or all Lots. Lot 6 is subdivided into 3 areas and a bidder may bid for any number of areas within this Lot. Bidders may not necessarily be successfully awarded on all Lots or areas bid for. There may be multiple Contractors for each Lot and area.
