Description
This ITT has been created by Leeds & York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Its purpose is to invite proposals from suitably experienced, resourced and qualified supplier(s) of Estates works and maintenance suppliers. The work is required to carry out safety work in Clifton house on to reduce potential anti-ligature points and a separate project to convert a hairdressing salon area into a new physical health check/treatment area. These two pieces of work are being offered as one project due to the nature of the building you will be working in. All works must be completed to relevant HTM/HBN standards.
Clifton House is a Low Secure Forensic Service which provides inpatient, outpatient and community outreach support to the local population. The low secure forensic service works with services users accessing the pathway from medium secure care, transfer from prison and pathways from adult mental health services.
Please see ITT document for full details.
