Description
The overall objective of this project is to:
Enable the industry to safely make TPWS deviations to improve operational performance by tackling unnecessary OSS activations through adjustments to on board timer settings.
To achieve this overall objective the following sub objectives will need to be addressed:
1.Identify all factors involved in the setting of trainborne TPWS designated timer settings
2.Establish the potential benefits of adopting an alternative TPWS designated timer setting
3.Establish any potential disadvantages from adopting an alternative TPWS designated timer setting
