NPL are looking to implement a cloud financial planning, budgeting system.
Our current planning and budgeting process is run using spreadsheets prepared by the finance team and updated by both finance and the business.
The proposal is to simplify and standardise the process and the tool within Finance. Finance will act as business partners to the business leaders and assist to complete and work through the planning process.
