Description

Braintree District Council invites interested parties to participate in this tender for the
refurbishment of three play areas across the district. This project, funded under the Capital
Bid, aims to enhance recreational facilities while adhering to the highest safety standards and
ensuring accessibility for all.
The three play areas are:
Meadowside, Braintree Located at (What Three Words location: eagle.slime.legs)
Brook Meadow, Sible Hedingham (What Three Words location: mush.implanted.price)
Oxford Meadow, Sible Hedingham (What Three Words location: bumpy.spines.quits)
In line with Framework Agreement PROC20-0107, prospective bidders are invited to submit
proposals that address all specified works, including the essential post-installation inspections
to ensure ongoing safety and compliance.
Braintree District Council seeks capable and experienced contractors to submit
comprehensive bids that align with these detailed specifications. By working together, we aim
to rejuvenate these play areas, creating safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environments for all
members of the community.
