Description

This semi-comprehensive contract is for the provision of materials and labour for the planned and responsive maintenance of swimming pool plant. There are currently 30 pools in Staffordshire County Council and other establishments covered by the contract.

The semi comprehensive contract includes the following elements within the tendered service rate:

• 2 evenly spaced service visits per annum
• Attendance to all callouts
• All labour, materials and components for breakdowns, with the exception of the components and associated labour excluded in section 1.1.

This purpose of the contract is to ensure the pool plant is maintained in a fully operational state with the minimum of disruption to service users.
