Description
Required Website Services:
o Bespoke Website Design: Customised designs inspired by the Trust's brand, structured intuitive sitemaps, mobile-first designs, enhanced engagement through media, and clear user pathways.
o Content Management System (CMS): Features include unlimited storage, granular permissions, true inline editing, page builder, content templates, forms, archiving, cookies, instant restore, statistics, SEO, and regular updates.
o Support and Training: Unlimited technical support (8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday), training and onboarding for new users, dedicated account manager, online help portal, regular review meetings, and robust security features.
o Additional Services: Parent engagement apps, policy reminders, Mynewterm integration, and more.
o Advanced Features in Development from current provider: AI integration, multisite access, MAT dashboard, and parent app.
Requirements for New Provider:
1. Design and Development:
o Customisable website designs that align with the Trust's branding and values.
o Mobile-first and SEO-friendly designs.
o Features to enhance user engagement and experience, such as media integration and clear user pathways.
2. Content Management System:
o User-friendly interface with advanced features like inline editing, page building, and content templates.
o Robust security features including SSL certificates, single sign-on, and two-factor authentication.
o Regular updates and enhancements based on user feedback and industry standards.
3. Support and Training:
o Comprehensive technical support and training for all users.
o Dedicated account management with regular reviews and updates.
o Online help resources and 24/7 access to training materials.
4. Additional Functionalities:
o Tools for parent engagement and communication, such as apps and newsletters.
o Integration with other systems used by the Trust, including Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
o Advanced analytics and reporting features.
5. Implementation and Transition:
o A clear and structured project management process.
o Support for a seamless transition, including data migration and integration with existing systems.
o Timely and efficient implementation to minimise disruption to the Trust's operations.
