Description

The University requires single provider for the replacement of the existing metal / aluminium windows with new double-glazed powder coated windows to the area adjacent to the existing external fire escape staircase. Associated works include the external cleaning and repointing of blue brick cills, decoration of existing security bars, waste pipes and rainwater goods. Internally, the removal, storage and re-fitting of blinds and the internal making good and decoration of window reveals, cills and heads.

The contract is for a period of five weeks commencing Monday 26th April 2021.
