Description
Trent and Dove are seeking to appoint a single Service Provider to undertake fire risk assessments and associated services across their social housing estate. Trent & Dove are a social housing provider based in Burton-on-Trent and currently manage approximately 6,000 properties, including houses, blocks of flats and 4 sheltered schemes. The works will be primarily based in Burton and the surrounding East Staffordshire region, including Swadlincote, Uttoxeter and Tutbury. T&D are seeking bids from suitably qualified service providers in the local region who, in addition to undertaking type 3 FRAs, will also be able to assist in compartmentation and fire door surveys, as well as offer professional advice and guidance on fire strategy designs for new developments. The anticipated value of the work is approximately £40k per annum for a 3+2 year contract. It is anticipated that this tender will be released on the week commencing 21st November 2023.
