Description

The Works comprise the construction of a stand-alone new-build classroom block. The block will have a traditional external wall and flat roof build up and will be clad and rendered to match the existing School building. The Contractor will also be required to carry out all necessary surveys and design work in order to develop the information provided with the tender up to RIBA Stage 5 Construction.
