Description

Peabody is searching for a dynamic cultural organisation, charity or business to become a tenant in a 52sq m space at the heart of a new affordable residential community in Nine Elms. The initial 10-year lease is available at peppercorn rent, with an additional revenue grant of £125,000 over 5 years. Peabody is soliciting proposals for a cultural anchor at their new development of New Mansion Square, Thessaly Road in Battersea Nine Elms. The stakeholders of Peabody, Nine Elms and Battersea and Wandsworth Council see this allocation as an investment for an organisation in need and for dynamic and sustainable placemaking for the community. The cultural anchor will be part of the neighbourhood and helping to directly or indirectly foster connections.
