Description

Colchester Borough Homes requires a suitably experienced contractor to complete various building maintenance and repair works to a former Georgian mansion house. The building is a Grade I listed four storey (including basement) solid brick structure with a plain clay tile pitched roof. Hollytrees museum is located to the South side of Colchester Castle Park, the grounds of which are a scheduled ancient monument. The Building maintenance and repair works, including: (1) Roof Repairs, (2) Stonework Repairs, (3) Timber repairs, (4)Redecoration & (5) Brickwork repairs. All plus other associated works)
