Description

The works consist of conservation works to preserve the historic fabric. Works will include, partial repointing, stonework repairs and replacements, structural repairs, reconsolidation works, redecoration, and specialist repairs to the clock faces and to the upper levels of
Colchester Town Hall Bell Tower (Please note this list is not exhaustive).

The Town Hall is a Grade I listed building of historical importance.
