Description

WCHG are looking to procure a new unified communications solution for use throughout the business. Our principles for transformation include being both mobile and cloud first so we will be looking to procure a UCaaS solution that is device agnostic.
WCHG's key aims for the unified communications implementation project include:
Streamlining communication: WCHG want to implement a UC solution to integrate our existing communication methods into a single platform, making it faster and more efficient.
Enhancing collaboration: The UC system should include tools for web conferencing, screen sharing, and document collaboration, which can help to break down barriers between different locations and teams.
Improving productivity: WCHG needs a UC system that will provide colleagues with easy access to all communication tools in one place, enabling users to easily switch between them, and facilitating improved productivity and responsiveness
Cost savings: The UC solution should help to reduce costs associated with traditional telephone services and hardware.
PCI compliance: Reduction in the capture of PCI further protecting customer data.
Enhancing customer service: The UC solution should help to improve customer service by making it easier for employees to respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues more quickly.
Increased Availability: WCHG want to increase system availability and achieve 99.999% uptime for the UC solution
Scalability: The UC system should be scalable, allowing WCHG to add or remove users and devices as needed.
Security: The UC system should secure the communication and data, by including different security measures such as firewalls, VPN, encryption, and authentication.
