Description

Milton Keynes City Council (the Council) is seeking to establish a DPS for the supply and installation of Bus Stop Infrastructure . The Council DPS is valid from 27 January 2025 until 23 February 2029.

A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is a public sector sourcing tool for common goods and services under regulation 34 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). Any potential Supplier can apply to join at any point during the validity of the DPS. A DPS is set up as an electronic process.

Suppliers that would like to get admitted onto the DPS are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which they will be given access to the full DPS documentation through this e-tendering system.

Suppliers will be notified by email, and the DPS documents can be accessed from the "My Tenders" area of this website by selecting the "View Details" button for this DPS.

Deadline for submissions of the application in initial round will be 12 noon, 03 January 2025.

All completed SSQs received from potential Suppliers from the date of the publication of the FTS notice on 29 November 2024 until 12 noon on 03 January 2025 will be evaluated by the Council by 20 January 2025. Potential Suppliers who submit their completed SSQ by the said date of 03 January 2025 will be notified of whether or not they have been successful to be admitted onto the DPS by 20 January 2025.

As the DPS remains open for new suppliers to join during its validity, potential Suppliers who have not passed the SSQ will be provided with feedback and they can re-apply at a later date to join the DPS should they wish to do so.

Following the initial set up of the DPS, additional Suppliers may apply at any time to join the DPS by completing the SSQ which will be evaluated by the Council and where they pass, they will be admitted onto the DPS.

Any questions relating to this DPS should be made via correspondence on the website.

Please do not engage with any persons in the Council via email or phone regarding this DPS.
