Devon County Council requires a consultant for the Gatehouse Repair and Conservation project to provide the following services:

- Complete project design to RIBA Stage 4
- Successfully deal with planning matters that arise, discharge any conditions imposed, and provide additional detailed drawings as required
- Preparation of Gatehouse Repair Procurement Brief:
- Gatehouse Repair Contractor Supervision.
