To carry out approx. 500nr periodic tests in Redcar and the surrounding areas. Conduct a visual inspection and periodic testing of electrical installations (electrical installation condition report and record expiry date of smoke detectors x 2) in properties managed by coast and country housing limited as per coast and county housing limited technical electrical specification.
