Description

This tender is for the establishment of a Framework Agreement for the provision of Public Rights of Way Installation, Repair and Maintenance services & Countryside Services throughout Lancashire.

The Council has a statutory duty to manage all public rights of way in the County and to maintain those which are publicly maintainable, which is the majority. The Specification sets out the nature of the Services to be provided under the Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement will require Suppliers to agree to the achievement of set quality standards, procedures and processes. All of the requirements will be detailed within the tender documents, including the ITT, the Specification, the Framework Agreement and others.

This tender is split into 3 Lots covering the different geographical areas of Lancashire as outlined in the ITT. Suppliers can submit a bid for one, more or all of the lots.

The Framework Agreement period will be 4 years. The anticipated Commencement Date is 01 April 2019.
