Description

Harrogate Borough Council (HBC) requires the refurbishment of its Hall Q Toilets. HArrogate Convention Centre (HCC) is one of the largest conference and exhibition venues in the UK combining premium facilities and unbeatable customer service in one of Britain's most aspirational locations.
