Description

The Black Country authorities of Dudley MBC, City of Wolverhampton Council and Walsall MBC require the production of Conservation Area Character Appraisal and Management Plans for seven existing Conservation Areas which do not currently have Appraisals or Management Plans, as listed below and shown on Maps set out in Appendix 1. These are required to support the Black Country Plan preparation process, as recommended by the on-going Black Country Historic Landscape Characterisation Study. The areas below marked as priorities should be assessed and reported on as a first phase of the overall work, with a second phase made up of the remaining areas.
