Description
Support is required to repair and maintain the Badnam Generator. The Badnam generator is a capable, ultra quiet and portable generator with a wide operating range. It supports the Light Gun Battery Power Management System (BPMS) and it is the power source to charge the BPMS on the Light Gun. There are several key user requirements that must be maintained: silent running for a period of not less than 24 hours, able to run on ac230v, dc28v (ip55 rated), rapid deployment, portability (no more than a 2 man lift), able to operate in -32C upto 55C temperatures and uninterrupted fuelling. Repairs will be carried out on an ad hoc arrangement in line with Army requirements. Support is required for a 3 year duration with an option to extend as required.
