Description

Dunstable Town Council is looking for an excellent project manager with experience in managing complex heritage building repair projects which involve multiple funders, partners and contractors. With the ability to navigate through the complexities that this brings, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget and to the satisfactions of the funders and the local planning authority. Specialist contractors are already in place and are working on the repair and conservation of Priory House, a Grade II* listed building located in the centre of Dunstable. This project is expected to run until June 2026, with this role commencing in October or earlier depending on the success of funding applications.
