Description

Construction of High Wycombe Town Centre Master Plan (HWTCMP) Phase 5 located on Queen Victoria Road and Easton Street. The High Wycombe Town Centre Masterplan scheme is a partnership project between Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC), Wycombe District Council (WDC) and Buckinghamshire Thames Valley Local Enterprise Partnership (BTVLEP) with funding secured from the Local Growth Fund. The construction of Phase 5 includes works such as; accommodation works, statutory undertaker's plant diversions, construction of the new road layout is within the existing highway boundary including central medians, formal and informal crossing points, all associated drainage and improved street lighting. The main construction is of specialist natural materials such as granite kerbs and channels with high quality carriageway and footway finishes utilising an approved materials palette.
