Description

This is for the Window and Dichroic Components of the METIS Instrument.
METIS is the 'Mid-infrared ELT Imager and Spectrograph' for the European Extremely Large Telescope (ELT). It is the only ELT instrument to cover the thermal/mid-infrared wavelength range from 2.9 - 13.5 μm. METIS is both an imager and high resolution spectrograph, working at the diffraction limit of the telescope.
