Description

The Contract relates to the geographical area Frankland's Park estate. Frankland's Park Ltd is a company set up between PA Housing Group Ltd and Accent Group whereby PA Housing is the managing agent for Frankland's Park Ltd.

The Services required by the contract, include but are not restricted to:
• Inspection, cleaning, application of preservative and occasional replacement of landscape furniture including bench seats, litter bins, notice boards and signs
• Litter Collection, Sweeping and Clearance of Debris
• Management and cleaning of bin store areas
• Bulk collection
• Grass Cutting and Maintenance
• Edging
• Grass Reseeding / Turfing
• Supply of Planting Material, mainly shrubs and roses
• Shrub Maintenance
• Rose Maintenance
• Hedge Maintenance
• Application of pesticides, as required and in accordance with the appropriate legislation
• Trees - the lifting of trees to facilitate ease of maintenance when undertaking horticultural operations and emergency works as defined within the specification
• Snow Clearing and Gritting
• Grounds maintenance tasks associated with the maintenance of children's play areas
• Maintenance of grassland meadow area
• Maintenance of woodland area
• Drainage ditches requiring clearance
• Natural wetland areas
• Seasonal wetland areas

It is intended that the Contract will commence in September 2025, run for a period of three years with the option for renewal, as decided by PA Housing, for an extension of up to a further two years plus two years. The maximum duration of the Contract is therefore seven years.
