Description

Scope of the works includes:

1. Supplying and installing Secondary Glazing System throughout.

2. Supplying and installing window blinds to all windows.

3. Supplying and Installing Aluminium powder coated sliding entrance door and side entrance door set.

4. Prepare and decorate all internal walls throughout, and concrete on external façade of the building.

5. Prepare all floors, supply and install heavy grade contract floor tiles throughout.

The Council advises all potential suppliers to fully acquaint themselves with the site conditions and scope of the works required.
