Description

We are seeking filmmakers to produce 3 videos documenting projects across England funded by our Everyday Heritage Grants.

Each video should:
- Choose a grant recipient and tell their story
- Focus on sharing 'hidden histories' and stories from underrepresented communities
- Lightly touch on Historic England's grants
- Be evergreen

There are 57 funded projects and the final grant recipients and stories to be told on film will be chosen post-tender with Historic England's Content team. Leading candidates include 'Gwenda's Garage: the Untold Story of Lesbian Mechanics' by Out of the Archive CIC, 'Home of Metal - Grindcore at the Mermaid' by Capsule and 'The Landladies of Morcambe' by Morcambe Heritage.
