Norfolk County Council, on behalf of the INTERREG VA France (Channel) England Programme, wishes to appoint a First Level Controller responsible for verification and audit of expenditure incurred and financed through the Technical Assistance budget of the INTERREG VA France (Channel) England Programme. The Technical Assistance (TA) is the part of the Programme's budget which is used to finance the Programme management and implementation structures also referred as Programme Bodies.
