Description
The offices are the headquarters of the Richmond Housing Partnership providing housing for rent, principally for individuals and families who are unable to rent or buy on the open market, and providing retirement housing for people who need additional housing related support.
The café is situated on the ground floor of the modern building and is used throughout the day by visitor's staff and tenants, providing a full range of café style hot and cold meals, snacks and beverages. Meetings and hospitality play a significant contribution to daily income to not just RHP staff, but also to the other tenant companies within the building. Free issue coffee beverage stations are also provided to RHP departments. The café serves the 300 RHP employees on site and in addition the employees of 10 other business partners within the building.
RHP promote a modern relaxed working environment and are looking to compliment this through its catering facilities,
