1.2. Waste is currently taken to the green waste recycling centre at Swanley, Biogen on Cookham Road. The provider may wish to propose an alternative in their tender but the waste must be taken to somewhere where it will be recycled.
1.3. The client or their representative will provide 48 hours notice of when a collection is required.
1.4. Collections will be between 8 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday, with an occasional collection required on a Saturday morning.

1.6. The charge will consist of a flat fee for haulage for each collection and then a charge per ton for the waste. The tender should set out the vehicle to be used and the approximate amount of tons that the vehicle would be able to collect. The mandatory polices as listed in Schedule 3.
Documents to allow scoring to be carried out against the evaluation criteria. For example a social value proposal (guidance included as Schedule 4), and information about your organisation and how the contract will be resourced.
Please note that the DDPR document in Schedule 5 would be completed post award along with the contract itself.
