Description

This project is to tender a contract to undertake the supply and installation of residents entrance door at Ottawa House, Montreal House & Alberta House, Sheltered Housing Units.

The proposed works include for the replacement of the existing doors with fire doors that are fully compliant with British Standards and supported by test data and certification from an independent and suitably accredited organisation. This will safeguard the residents by ensuring that, in the event of a fire breaking out within the building, the door sets will delay the spread of fire and smoke for the minimum time as specified within this specification.

Length of contract - The works duration is anticipated to be in the region of 8 weeks on site with works to be potentially staggered across all sites.
