Description
Works at Hungate Court, Hunmanby, North Yorkshire, YO14 0PQ, including, but not limited to, emergency lights, power lighting, fire alarm upgrade, storage heating and mains distribution systems to the landlord and communal areas.
Tenants will not be decanted during the works.
The works are expected to take between 6 and 8 weeks.
Hungate Court Community Centre was built in 1960 (approximately) and serves as a warden call assisted living facility for the elderly. The majority of the electrical installation and distribution boards are approximately 45 years old and in need of modernisation. Certain parts of the building have received new wiring in recent years, it is proposed to retain and reuse these installations where possible/practicable.
