Description

Westminster City Council (WCC) wishes to procure a Dynamic Purchasing System for Development &
Valuation Consultancy DPS which would be available to all London boroughs and public sector organisations. The first
requirement is for Sales and Marketing Consultancy (Lot 1) relating to WCC new homes targets, and the
second requirement is for Valuation and Lease Extensions for Right to Buy and leaseholders (Lot 2).
The projected overall spend in the next five years is £6m for Lot 1 and £1.5k per annum for Lot 2. Once
