Description
The Anti-Social Behaviour Team is expanding and increasing its resources to enable them to be resourced to deal with Street based anti-social behaviour.
To facilitate this, the London Borough of Waltham Forest would like to ascertain whether a third party organisation can assist the Council with providing the following service:
ASB patrols
• Street based ASB - patrolling hotspot locations addressing ASB issues.
• PSPO Enforcement - The London Borough of Waltham Forest has a Public Space Protection Order in place south of the A406. This order has several conditions that require enforcing.
• Gathering intelligence - this will assist the ASB Team in taking enforcement action against individuals causing persistent street based anti-social behaviour.
• High visibility/Reassurance - Improving public perception and community safety.
• Estate Patrols - this will assist with ASB occurring on WF housing estates with the possibility to extending to Residential Providers.
