Description
The National Museum of the Royal Navy (NMRN) wishes to appoint a single IT support provider for 3rd line support for its existing circa 300 user base, project and infrastructure advice and to also assist in the upgrade of the existing infrastructure.
The main features of the services required are:
a. Phone support to both the IT Manager and IT Technician on any IT related issues.
b. Email support to both the IT Manager and IT Technician on any IT related issues.
c. On-site support with a next working day SLA for issues escalated by IT Manager.
d. Remote support of servers and infrastructure at all sites.
e. Recommendations of new technologies or different ways of working.
f. Implementation of new hardware and software as the requirement arises and in accordance with the NMRN IT Strategy.
