Description

In relation to the Great Notley development site, The Council is seeking to appoint one commercial property practice to;

Advise and assist with the development of a marketing strategy identifying and targeting preferred market sectors.
Advise and assist with the creation of a brand and marketing material to promote the vision.
Lead on achieving sales and leases in order to optimise return on the Council's investment consistent with the vision and business plan and with an emphasis on long-term viability and sustainability.
Advise on the impact of businesses re-locating from other commercial premises in the district.
Assist the Council in achieving the most beneficial economic development impact from this development.
