Description

***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION *****

This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS RM6126 Research & Insights DPS, PS23309 - Digital Identity Theory of Change.

Brief Description of Requirement

The digital identity programme is at a pivotal phase, focused on building governance and oversight systems, testing the beta version of the trust framework, supporting the passage of legislation and doing preparatory work for future international interoperability.

In order to ensure DSIT has a comprehensive map of how expected impacts will be realised across the portfolio of work, DSIT would like to commission a supplier to facilitate a Theory of Change (ToC) around the widespread adoption of Digital Identity across the whole economy.
