The aim of this project is to develop a single, consistent 'NHLC ' baseline dataset for England, based on the existing sub-regional HLCs, and at a scale appropriate to national and regional strategic applications in land management, forward planning, the assessment and monitoring of change and other curatorial and academic roles.
