Description

a. The scope of this contract will be to provide a range of office furniture to include, but not limited to, the following:
• desking
• filing cabinets
• chairs
• storage cabinets and
• bespoke fitted furniture e.g. reception desk
b. The Customer intends to award a Contract to commence on 1st April 2017 with a duration of 12 months, extendable year on year for a further 3 years.
c. Many projects will require the Contractor to provide an installation service delivered by security cleared staff only.
d. When a requirement is identified by the Customer the successful Applicant shall be expected to develop installation drawings with due regard to the interface between the power and data provision and shall be invited to carry out site inspection(s) prior to supplying the Goods/Services in accordance with the pricing schedule.
e. The Customer requires the Contractor to appoint an Account/Project Manager who shall be responsible for producing and liaising with the Customer's Duly Authorised Officer before, during and after delivery of Goods/Services.
