Description
The project is to renew the flat roof over the main reception, office, and corridor area of the school building along with replacement rooflight and the blocking up of an internal rainwater downpipe which is causing internal leaks. The works will also encompass the installation of new fascia to accommodate the depth of new cut-to-falls insulation. From the initial survey the roof has a steel profile deck with a 3-layer felt system with PIR insulation.
