PR312024 - Provision of Architectural Services for Rennes House

The appointment of the Architect will allow for the feasibility work to be undertaken to understand what can be built as a replacement and this will facilitate an outline application to be submitted to include the demolition of the building, which is planned to be undertaken in the spring of 2026.
