Description

The Council is procuring the service detailed in the specification using a Light Touch Regime Framework approach with open qualifying periods approximately every 6 months based on criteria laid out in the Information for Bidders documentation.

Providers are invited to apply for Framework Agreements to deliver specialised services for disabled children, young people and their families across multiple lots. The Framework provider list will be available to Derbyshire County Council Children Services, including Social Care. The Framework will also be available for use by Derby City Council.

The register of providers will be made available to Schools and other agencies in Derbyshire Childrens Partnership who may use it to spot-purchase provision.

The Council is inviting applicants to deliver services for children and young people aged between 0 and 25. This is intended to support a smooth transition by enabling services for young people and families to continue into early adulthood. It is not expected that every provider will bid to deliver any or all services across the totality of the age range of 0-25.
