Description

Buckinghamshire Adult Learning (BAL) use Tribal Group's ebs management information system (MIS) to record all learner data and make individual learner record (ILR) data returns to (ESFA) on a monthly basis. Quotes were sort from providers to deliver a MIS hosting service comprising of the following:
a. To host BAL's ebs MIS system, and all of the data within the system, in the cloud.
b. To work with Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC) to migrate all BAL data from BCC systems over to the Provider's including moving from an Oracle instance of ebs hosted by BCC to a SQL instance of ebs hosted by the provider.
c. To provide a consultant MIS management for BAL in order to manage all of BAL's ILR data on behalf of the Council.
