Description

Surrey Commercial Services (SCS) operates catering functions on behalf of The Council. Their operations consist of schools and civic offices. The number of locations may vary over the course of the contract and may increase or decrease based on the needs of the Council.

The aim of the Council is to appoint suppliers of Frozen and Grocery, Viennoiserie and Pizza Products to a multi lot contract. The suppliers are expected to work alongside the catering departments to communicate the best options of Frozen and Grocery, Viennoiserie and Pizza Products available at the time of order and also to share any current market information that will assist the provision. New ideas and exciting promotions aimed at both students and staff are expected, to encourage healthy eating and to provide products with a value for money ethos.

Framework Agreement length = 4 Years
Call off Contract length - 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year.

The commodities have been separated into three lots:

Lot 1 - Frozen and Grocery
Lot 2 - Viennoiserie
Lot 3 - Pizza Supplies
