Description

RBH employs an extensive in-house team across all trades to facilitate the repairs service. However, to meet its objectives, to manage the workload and the peaks and troughs in demand, the in-house team requires support from 3rd party independent contractors. We currently have arrangements with several such contractors, who provide valued support to the in-house team. This was as a result of a tender exercise conducted in 2021 and resulted in contractual arrangements through an RBH framework with a number of contractors.
The purpose of this tender exercise therefore is to partner with several appropriate additional contractors for work beyond this summer.
The result of this tender exercise will be the addition to the existing RBH Framework of contractors covering all the relevant trades, who can support the RBH in-house repairs team as and when required.
