Digital Attraction Package for 2022/2023 Recruitment
Delivering NAO applications & hires from female students and those from less privileged backgrounds. Microtarget the message in Northern Universities to focus on Newcastle.
- 75 e-shots sent to 75 carefully chosen academic departments (using our HESA data to determine the most diverse depts). Email reach to up to 22,500 students per year group from a trusted source (the departmental secretary).
- 3 e-shots to a selection of the 200,000 graduates and students on our database. 1 mailer for each diversity metric.
- 10 e-shots to targeted cohorts at 10 of our university partners (we will select those of our uni partners which have the right social diversity you seek). Email reach to up to 12,000 students direct from their careers service.
- 10 e-shots & social media posts with 10 relevant student diversity societies. Email and social reach to up to 5,000 students from their society committee. Society partners include 93% Club, Afro-Caribbean, Women in Societies.
- Up to 5 job posts on our jobs board for the duration of the campaign for both Newcastle and London. Upwards of 50,000 unique visitors per month.Edit Description of Requirement

We will have regular meetings with the Sanctuary Graduates Account Manager to review progress and how the marketing approach is working. Where possible Sanctuary Graduates will use tracking links for all digital activities which will provide us with data, campus insights and report on Brand Ambassador activities.
