This is a Transparency Notice publication to original Contract for CRM & Data Application Transformation, Design, Development, Implementation & Support.

This notice replaces previous published awarded contract notice:
https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/f0728e6a-ed96-4c60-9e02-f91d9b636371 published on the 05th October 2021. The available 2nd 12th month option to extend the contract period has since been taken extending the contract expiry date up to the 31st October 2023.
